Courses of Young Scholar Global Academy

The Young Scholar Global Academy designs English courses that equip learners with sufficient knowledge to be useful for them academically and professionally. We offer five different types of courses for different groups of learners.

General English | Age: 7-12

Level 1 >>> Level >>> 2 Level 3 >>> Level 4 >>> Level 5

The students' phonetic knowledge will be enhanced. Reading and writing of simple words will be encouraged.
The students develop speaking skills with the usage of a variety of English words. They learn different accents of English and write two types of texts, which are letters and emails.
The students learn rhymes and syllables in words. They understand different speech and respond effectively. Students will learn the basic parts of speech at this level.
The students read passages and answer comprehension tasks. They learn to listen, extract information from listening passages, and answer comprehension questions.
Students learn to write articles and letters in different tones. They can articulate their thoughts in words without much supervision.

General English | Age: 13-17

Level 6 >>> Level >>> 7 Level 8 >>> Level 9 

The students will drill on vocabulary skills at this level. They are exposed to different contents of listening and reading, and they will be applied in their writing and speaking skills.

The students will learn the present, past, and future tenses and the usage of modal verbs in English.

Learning a variety of phrases and idioms and applying them in their speaking. Listening to multi-cultural people speaking and sharing opinions with classmates.

Students learn vocabularies related to geography, arts, and science to enhance their understanding of various topics of the English Language. Students are encouraged to participate in presentations and speeches to boost their self-esteem in learning.

General English | Age: 18-22

Level 10 >>> Level 11>>>  Level 12 

Reading a longer text with advance level of vocabularies and answering the text based on the passage. Learning to elaborate ideas and discuss a provided content.

Able to listen to the text and share opinions based on the context. Learning vocabularies to be used in the proper setting such as workplace and universities.

Students learn to communicate and construct any information based on any topics with appropriate words by adding elaboration and examples. Students will be tested with random topics to provide their views and understanding.
This course is designed to serve the needs of professionals, working adults, and any learners interested in learning better ways of communicating with clients, business dealers, colleagues, and customers. It equips learners with various skills to communicate, present, and discuss in English effectively, enabling them to stand out in their field.
Workplace English provides learners with a variety of writing techniques to construct formal texts and vocabularies for use in a professional setting.
